Summer 2001, Linkage v0.10: Initial Release

Summer 2004, Linkage v0.11:
  * mlink.pl and linkmap.pl now output the results of each command on error.
    This allows a user to see why a program did not execute properly without
    running the scripts with the DEBUG option.

  * mlink.pl and linkmap.pl both contained a minor syntax error (using the
    "==" operator to compare two strings) which did not cause problems but
    did cause an unnecessary warning to be printed when the DEBUG option was
    used.

  * Linkage.pm will now parse marker files and pedigrees with only two
    loci.

  * README now contains the new locations of FASTLINK and LINKLODS.exe.

  * The Linkage Scripts are now released under the GPL license.
